PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
ENTRY CONDITIONS FOR ALL TRAVELERS
These general requirements apply to all visitors regardless if you are traveling from a low risk or high risk country.

You have not been in contact with a person who tested positively for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to arrival. If this is the case, you will be placed in mandatory quarantine.
You must carry a printed document of proof of the mandatory steps at all times during your travel.
You must be adequately insured for medical care and any additional costs if you are quarantined or become ill during your stay.
If you do not meet the above conditions, you may be quarantined on arrival. This is entirely at your own expense.
If you are connecting through an international gateway please ensure to adhere to the respective country's travel regulations.

TRAVEL FROM LOW-RISK COUNTRIES
As of January 1, 2021 passengers traveling from the following countries are welcome to visit Curaçao:

Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saba, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, St. Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Saint Martin, St. Vincent and Grenadines, Turks & Caicos

Travelers departing from any of these islands must take these 2 mandatory steps:
Complete the digital immigration card online before departure at dicardcuracao.com.
Digitally fill out the Passenger Locator Card (PLC) 48 hours prior to your departure and carry a printed document of proof with you. You may do so at dicardcuracao.com.

TRAVEL FROM HIGH-RISK COUNTRIES
As Curaçao reopens to the world, we look forward to welcoming visitors beginning January 1, 2021. Prior to departure, all visitors must follow these 3 mandatory steps on dicardcuracao.com:

Complete the digital immigration card online before departure.
Digitally fill out the Passenger Locator Card (PLC) 48 hours prior to your departure and carry a printed document of proof with you.
Each visitor entering Curaçao will need to show a negative result from a certified COVID-19 PCR-test and carry a printed document of proof with them. You will be required to upload the negative test results of the COVID-19 PCR-test on dicardcuracao.com before departure.

AT CURAÇAO AIRPORT
ANNOUNCEMENT
Curaçao Airport Partners (CAP) gladly announces that it is has been working on several adjustments to the airport facilities in order to comply with guidelines established by our local authorities, which will allow our island to once again welcome travelers. All travelers, whether inbound or outbound, can be assured that a carefully constructed plan has been put in place to safeguard their travel, and the well-being of our airport personnel.

Please note:
Only deep pharyngeal nose and throat swab PCR tests are accepted. PCR tests such as Gargle samples, Saliva swabs and Rapid PCR Test will not be accepted.
The test must be taken max. 72 hours prior to departure at an accredited laboratory. You may contact your general practitioner for a referral to the nearest institution.
Children 6 years and younger that show no symptoms, and whose parents can show proof of a negative PCR test, are not required to undergo a PCR test. In this case children 6 and younger do not need to complete a PLC.

Pathways are adapted to allow a physical distance of 6 feet
At the airport, passengers are required to wear face masks
Cleaning is done frequently and thoroughly
A health check takes place for all arriving passengers

ATTENTION
If you test positive for COVID-19 during your stay in Curaçao, you will be quarantined immediately.
All tourist facilities follow ‘A Dushi Stay, the Healthy Way’ guidelines to guarantee safety for visitors and staff, while making you feel welcome in a relaxed and safe environment.
If you are in Curaçao and you start to show any symptoms related to COVID-19 (dry cough, fever, tiredness, sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell) you are to immediately contact the health authority (GGD) by calling 9345.
Visitors will be asked to practice frequent hand hygiene and will have access to handwashing facilities with soap, single-use paper towels or automatic dryers for drying and alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Distancing measures are in place in all public spaces on the island. That means a 2 meter (6 feet) distance between people is to be kept at all times.
In case the 2 meter (6 feet) distance cannot be kept, visitors are asked to wear face masks.
Transport to and from the airport is performed according to guidelines. You may rent a car and move freely on the island.
